이혜미  

서울을 기반으로 활동하며, 흙이라는 재료를 바탕으로 다채로운 물성을 탐구한다. 쓰임에 얽매이지 않는 자유로운 형태의 오브제를 만들고, 표면에 은을 입히는 반복적인 과정을 통해 시간의 축적과 연결성에 대해 이야기하고 있다. 손으로 조형을 빚고, 구워내고, 다시 은을 덧입히는 행위를 통해 응축된 아름다움과 유연한 형태를 표현하며, 공간의 온도와 습도에 섬세하게 반응하는 작품으로 관객과의 감각적 조응을 이끌어낸다. 이혜미의 작업은 관계 속에서 변화하며 완결을 향해 나아가는 열린 조형이다.
